Azure-docs: Breaks the SLO?

Created on 10 Feb 2019  Â·  5Comments  Â·  Source: MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs

The section "Can I modify tags and other properties of the AKS resources in the MC_* resource group?" ends with the line:

"Modifying the resources under the MC_* in the AKS cluster breaks the SLO."

What is the "SLO"? Did you mean "SLA" (even though there is no formal SLA)?

SLO is a service level objective. As you note, there's no formal SLA for AKS, so the _objective_ is to provide at least 99.5% for the Kubernetes API server.

I recommend that you state "service level objective" in the document, just as you spell out "service level agreement" later in the FAQ. Or, if there is a corresponding document that describes the SLO, link to it. Thanks for filling me in.

Thanks @iainfoulds for the doc update and the explanation.
