There seems to be an error at azuremarketplace.microsoft.com with single language codes in Accept-Language, since Azure documentation has links to azuremarketplace readers can potentially get the error. Please test and forward to azuremarketplace team.
Description:
When clicking "Azure AD application gallery" link on the fist paragraph of this page I get a 404 Not found error page, as the URL doesn't include the language code en-us and it doesn't seem to be a fallback for single language codes at destination.
It only fails with single code languages, examples:

Additional information from Hypertext Transfer Protocol -- HTTP/1.1 RFC 2616
A language tag identifies a natural language spoken, written, or otherwise conveyed by human beings for communication of information to other human beings. Computer languages are explicitly excluded. HTTP uses language tags within the Accept-Language and Content- Language fields.
The syntax and registry of HTTP language tags is the same as that defined by RFC 1766 [1]. In summary, a language tag is composed of 1 or more parts: A primary language tag and a possibly empty series of subtags:
language-tag = primary-tag *( "-" subtag )
primary-tag = 1*8ALPHA
subtag = 1*8ALPHA
White space is not allowed within the tag and all tags are case- insensitive. The name space of language tags is administered by the IANA. Example tags include:
en, en-US, en-cockney, i-cherokee, x-pig-latin
where any two-letter primary-tag is an ISO-639 language abbreviation and any two-letter initial subtag is an ISO-3166 country code. (The last three tags above are not registered tags; all but the last are examples of tags which could be registered in future.)

@javierruizjimenez Thanks for the feedback ! I have assigned this issue to content author to investigate and update the document as appropriate.
@MicrosoftDocs/azure-cxp-triage : Please reassign to @CelesteDG who is managing the application management content now.
This is a localization issue, I've assigned to the loc team for investigation.
@CeciAc can you please look into this issue. Looks like fwdlink issue. The steps have been shared above as to how to repro this issue.
Hi @ishasahni1
We just checked this with our team and we couldn't reproduce the issue
I see the original comment is from February, could it be already fixed?
@DavidPrio @Gonzalo-Salines
Thanks. It is not fixed I get a 404.
The issue is on the website azuremarketplace.microsoft.com
Not on the links that point to that website. Links are just a way to trigger the error. If the link includes the language (so it is not language neutral) the website returns the correct page.
The error is that
azuremarketplace.microsoft.com doesn't do language negotiation for languages without a country suffix.
Other Microsoft properties correctly accept single language codes.
Could you please assign the issue to the team in charge of
azuremarketplace.microsoft.com, not the team for Azure docs.
Thanks!
@honghuig @[email protected] can you please look into this issue when customer click on the Azure Marketplace link on docs they are getting 404. Please see more details above.
Thanks for the feedback. I'm checking with Azure Marketplace team now. @ishasahni1
