The quickstart was using an older version of the SignalR Service bindings that used ports that were deprecated and removed from the service a few weeks ago, causing these errors. We have since updated the quickstarts with a recent version of the bindings that work properly. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@SogoGolf Thanks for the feedback! We are currently investigating and will update you shortly.

@SogoGolf, I tried the same steps and it works fine, kindly ensure that the func start is working/started successfully without any errors. You may review the configuration again and then rerun.
Also, could you post a screensht of func start console after masking any private details?
To fetch more details on the error, you could also capture and analyze a Fiddler trace.

@SogoGolf, Since we have not heard back from you, we will now proceed to close this thread. If there are further questions regarding this matter, please tag me in your reply. We will gladly reopen the issue and continue the discussion.

@anthonychu It still happening even when i updated Microsoft.Azure.WebJobs.Extensions.SignalRService to 1.0.0-preview1-10025

@Ulili, If you haven’t done this already, could you please re-download the sample and then re-try. Kindly ensure that the func start is started and to fetch more details on the error please capture a Fiddler trace.
