Azure-docs: The meaning of cleanup attribute in comparison of Files and Disks table

I found an article to introduce how to choose Blobs, Files, or Disks service on the Azure. I was wondering that what is the meaning of "Cleanup" attribute in the comparison table of Files and Disks? I have searched the Azure Files and Azure Disk with the cleanup keyword, but nothing related to it. Thank you so much.

Totally agree - this "cleanup" category is nonsensical, so I've removed it. Honestly, I'm not even sure what we were trying to say :)

This fix should go live today.
