Azure-docs: Critical info missing: SERVER_PORT

The container will be marked as not "did not start" if your app is not listening on the port specified by process.env.SERVER_PORT. Spent a few hours fighting with this when deploying a node.js app.

@cephalin Can we include these details in the config article?

@msangapu Yes this is important. It should be in both the upcoming config node.js article and mentioned in this quickstart. I suggest adding a short description of the index.js inside the "Download the sample" section.
