Hi there,
Pilot Phase (Optional) section #2, Platform combinations as documented, for example, in Database Migration Option (DMO) of SUM 2.0 SP04. --> Link to SAP Note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2644872 is broken link.

You are right. It is not yet released to the public. It worked for me since I have a SAP C-User which does show me also non-released SAP support notes already. I will change to the SP03 support note. A PR request is coming in the next 15min

Link as posted in this email does work for me. However, it does need, as with every SAP support note an valid login as SAP customer.

Nope...I am from SAP top Partner Company and having Super admin s-user but this SAP Note is not opening for my whole team. Might be SAP-MS Internal folks only. See below -
