Azure-docs: Add Use Cases for attaching and using blobs with Digital Twin objects + add sample code

It would be great to see some use cases (besides user profile picture) for attaching blobs to objects. Ideally have also some sample code in occupancy quick start sample. Thank you.

Hi @MarekLani! Thanks for the suggestions. The existing article describes several use-cases involving profile pictures, logging, videos, etc. I've included the Occupancy Sample source code and several clarificatory improvements as well.
