Azure-docs: Windows 2016 Support

This article mentions Windows Server 2016 as supported version however on the linked page: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/iot-edge/support#operating-systems there is stated only Windows 10 Server.

@MarekLani Thanks for the feedback! I have assigned the issue to the content author to evaluate and update as appropriate.

@MarekLani Thanks for pointing out the inconsistency. I double checked, and Windows 10 Server 1803 is the semi-annual update of Windows Server 2016. I'm currently working on other updates for the installation articles and I'll include updates to use a consistent version naming system. I'll let you know when the changes are live, probably in the next week.

@MarekLani My apologies for forgetting to come back to this issue. I did make the changes that I discussed last month. Could you take another look and let me know if the documentation make more sense now, or if they need more improvements? Thanks.
