@nickwalkmsft, Thanks for your feedback! It appears that it works after uploading accessTokens.json file to Azure Cloud Shell as a workaround and for updating the pom.xml to the latest version 1.5.1, I have assigned the issue to the content author to review further on these points and update the document as appropriate.

Thanks! To be clear, though, uploading a local copy of accessTokens.json illustrates that its absence is indeed the problem, but is not an appropriate workaround for the documentation.
