I created 3 SendGrid Accounts via Azure with Pricing Tier S1 Bronze by following https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/sendgrid-dotnet-how-to-send-email. I don't see the accounts in my dashboard though. When I tried creating an account with Free Pricing Tier, I see the account in my dashboard. Please let me know why?

@xyz92 Thanks for your feedback! We will investigate and update as appropriate.
@SaurabhSharma-MSFT Thank you! Appreciate your help! Just curious to know. Is it possible to create multiple number of paid SendGrid Accounts per subscription via Azure?
@SaurabhSharma-MSFT Please let me know if you have any update on this. Thank you!
@xyz92 I have escalated this to SendGrid team and you will be updated soon over here.
@xyz92 can you please send your subscription id and SendGrid account details to Azure CXP Community Connect AzCommunity@microsoft.com with the GitHub issue link.
Subscription Id: 4e5d2b7f-5192-4838-a028-e9a5eb953f55
Because I usually get sendgrid account details after it gets created, I didn't make a note of the account details.
@xyz92
In talking with SendGrid Support Team - Subscription ID isn't enough to dig more into this issue. Are you able to provide the email address you have input when creating the SendGrid accounts, that would allow us to identify them.
If you can't remember the email address, then please spin up a new account and mark down that email address during the creation process to see if it repeats, and if so, we can then (using the email address) take a look at the account on our side. Also, if you create a new account and it stays present within their "resources" in the Azure portal, you can click "all settings", followed by "configurations" and the SendGrid username will be displayed.
@xyz92 Just checking in if you got a chance to look into my previous ask.
@xyz92 We will now proceed to close this thread. If there are further questions regarding this matter, please reopen it and we will gladly continue the discussion.
