Azure-docs: Not storing data in EU vs storing copy in US

Created on 16 Nov 2018  ·  5Comments  ·  Source: MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs

In the paragraph "Data stored outside of European datacenters for European customers" there is a statement "Azure AD data that's not stored in European datacenters" after which there is a list of various attributes. Should this sentence be taken literally that GivenName, Surname, UPN, etc is not stored in EU DCs at all? In other words, Azure AD stores data from listed attributes ONLY in US DCs and not in EU DCs. Is that correct?
Or does Azure AD store copy of these attributes in US (below article talks about replications) but also stores them in EU?

@Larryngolog Thanks for reporting! I have assigned the issue to the content author to investigate and update as appropriate.

@Larryngolog The data is actually stored in both the US and Europe.

I'll be changing the text to read, "Azure AD data that's stored in European datacenters, but also replicated to United States datacenters, includes:”

You should see this change buy Monday afternoon due to our publication schedule.
