Have you recently made any changes on Deployment Credentials menu? It does no longer appear as indicated on the documentation above. Seems that now we are getting our credentials based on app_name/domain_user instead. Kindly update the documentation to reflect existing product configuration. Thanks!

@cephalin this doc is outdated, we need to reference the deployment center path for setting creds now.
@falmada this is documented here: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/app-service/app-service-deploy-ftp#get-ftp-connection-information
@btardiff The method in that doc only works if CI/CD hasn't been configured already for all web apps. If you have configured GitHub for instance, 'Deployment Center' will show deployment statuses, and then there's no FTP tile to select, while you still might need to set credentials for access to Kudu.
Doesn't sound like a pure documentation bug to me.
@elaurijssens By access to Kudu do you mean accessing https://\
@elaurijssens if you have CI/CI enabled you can still get the credentials get/reset the credentials by clicking on "Deployment Credentials" in the menu.

@btardif Not always:

@cephalin: Unfortunately not, I'm in an Azure environment with federated AD and for some reason, that does not work in any of the username formats known to me.
Hey @elaurijssens thanks for pointing this out, its a bug and we are working on a fix. the menu should be included for VSTS based deployments.
