Azure-docs: A link / information on how to create a script-based data flow

Created on 2 Jul 2018  Â·  5Comments  Â·  Source: MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs

I'm currently struggling to find any references on how to go about creating a script-based data flow to load in data as a datasource.

I've got a CosmosDb (Mongo Api) resource that I need to extract information from so it would be nice if there was a link to how to create the "script-based data flow" mentioned above. Or if Cosmos Db was supported within the UI.

Hi @DinoSourcesRex - while waiting for new documentation, perhaps you can post your support question here:

Hi @DinoSourcesRex sorry for the late response. Creating a script-based dataflow was done by choosing "Create a Transform Data Flow (Script) transform" and filling out the dialog box with your python code.

@cforbe @j-martens Thanks for the response
@DinoSourcesRex We will now proceed to close this thread. If there are further questions regarding this matter, please reopen it and we will gladly continue the discussion.
