Can I use Low-priority VMs in Azure Service Fabric as a SF scale set (of course for dev/test environments) without manual configuration/installation?

@KTazayan out of the box this is not an option that I am finding. You could possible achieve this but you would have to manually configure the virtual machine profile in the JSON template and deploy it that way. That being said, I have not tested it so it might take a bit more configuring than just that.

@KTazayan I did some research and have confirmed this is not a possibility as of right now. It is very possible it might become feasible once scale sets starts supporting a mixed mode of low priority and normal priority VMs. But for now it is not something you will be able to achieve.
I would suggest leaving this feedback on uservoice so the product groups can see the ask and consider implementing it.
