Azure-docs: HockeyApp bridge application no longer an option

@jthake Thank you for the feedback. The doc has been updated to reflect that monitoring new apps with hockey app is no longer possible and that the preferred solution for mobile app monitoring going forward is now Visual Studio App Center.
