Are AAD v2 (aka converged) apps inherently multi-tenant or is there a step needed to make those so?

I'll update the doc to clarify this - actually, in v1 apps are single-tenant by default while in v2 all apps are multi-tenant by default. cc: @ydogandjiev

@ydogandjiev Thanks for your feedback! We will investigate and update as appropriate.

Hello @ydogandjiev. l found some information in https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/develop/active-directory-devhowto-multi-tenant-overview that specifies "By default, web app/API registrations in Azure AD are single tenant. You can make your registration multi-tenant by finding the “Multi-Tenanted” switch on the properties page of your application registration". It doesn't specify v1 or v2 so I assume this is just the default AAD behavior. Hope this helps.

Hello @MohitGargMSFT , please reassign this from @BryanLa to myself. I've taken over the Azure AD dev docs (within the APEX Identity content team) and I'll be working with @elisolMS to get the topic updated based on her comments above. Got a separate tracking work item for this in VSTS. Thank you.

Hello @ydogandjiev - Here's the PR that includes updates to address your input: https://github.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-docs-pr/pull/39271 (CC: @elisolMS)

Hello @MohitGargMSFT - The fix for this issue is now live (topic updated) so we can close this issue. Thank you. #please-close
