To re-iterate what others have said. This article doesn't mention General Purpose V2 Accounts, and also makes no mention of the new archive tier. Please can we update this page to reflect the current functionality?

Recommendations for choosing between GPv1 and GPv2:

I gather that generally GPv2 is recommended for new users, unless you have specific needs for GPv1 (as specified at that link).
