Question: What permission is needed to create a new build pipeline?

It's not obvious. Is this maybe governed by 'Edit build pipeline' also?

I agree to @NenoLoje. I was also searching for this information. In the top part about "Tasks" it says something about creating build definitions but in the "Permissions" chapter it is nowhere mentioned anymore so it is simply a documentation gap. Please fix it.
