Azure-devops-docs: https://aka.ms/AzureDevOpsSecurity appears to be broken

I know this should take me to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/devops/articles/team-services-security-whitepaper?view=azure-devops but, right now it just goes to https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/.

I’m guessing https://aka.ms/AzureDevOpsSecurity needs to be updated to use view=azure-devops instead of view=vsts. Are there other aka.ms links that need to be updated?

@dburnison Can you check it now and see if it is fixed? It is working for me. I didn't change anything, but one of my colleagues was working on this and I believe it is resolved now.
