Azure-cli: [feature]: easter egg mode where all errors are spit out by clippy

There could be an optional flag to turn it on.

For example (http://textart.io/cowsay/clippy):

/ it looks like you want to allocate \
\ an ipv4 addr but you're all out /

I'm not sure I can even use the Azure CLI until this is implemented.

Clippy lives, Clippy dies, Clippy returns with a vengeance

Would definitely migrate k8s clusters if this was implemented.

I think this feature is very important for our user experience. Clippy must live!

< Sounds like an excellent idea. >
