The bottom line is that when you approach the place where the Lich King should be, he is absent. But after reconnect appears. So this is a phasing problem.

I am 99% sure that this is due to that the Lich King has fallen through the throne.

I confirm too, cant see the lich king on the ramp, BUT, if you get to the front of the ramp you can actually click and deliver the mission, so for sure he is under it

Which confirms my theory, are you able to provide his GUID?

According to this tool, GUID is lowpart 130896 and highpart F130, hope this helps
