We've got an 0.1 version internally, but we need to do a little more API work before we can put it out there. I'll reach out in a few weeks when we're ready to share our initial setup.

@WilcoFiers I've done some stuff with puppeteer, let me know if you want an example added to https://github.com/dequelabs/axe-core/tree/develop/doc/examples or another set of eyes on the prototype.
