Aws-mobile-appsync-sdk-js: Request for auto.Timestamp in request mapping template

Right now we can do auto.Id() which is great but would be super helpful to have ISO timestamp generated automatically in request template

Thanks @sid88in this is something we've had several requests for and we're currently investigating the best way to do it.
