Aws-cli: outage? `Could not connect to the endpoint URL`

aws s3 ls --region us-east-1

Could not connect to the endpoint URL: "https://s3.amazonaws.com/"

aws --version
aws-cli/1.11.126 Python/3.6.2 Darwin/17.2.0 botocore/1.5.89

I don't see anything on AWS status page. My ~/.aws/config and ~/.aws/credentials have not changed

Closing, I just updated iTerm2. Restart of iTerm2 fixed.
