Auth-module: Redirect after Login does not happen

Issue description:

After logging in through this.$auth.login(...), no redirection to / or the previous url happens, though this.$auth.state.loggedIn changed to true.

Specs:

OS: Ubuntu 17.10 x86_64
Browser: Tested in Firefox and Chrome
Node.js version: 9.6.1
Nuxt.js version: 1.4
Nuxt.js mode: SSR (tested in dev mode)
Auth module version: 4.0.0-rc.3

Closed due to inactivity should also be fixed on stable release of 4.0
