Athens: Proxy: Document Deployment Steps

But we should document exactly how to deploy an Athens Proxy to different clouds, with authentication and all the turns and knobs needed.

I am currently only playing with athens locally via a Docker.
I wanted to take this as an opportunity to deploy it on the stack I am using for other projects, either on:

• AWS EBS Docker
• OVH Kubernetes env

I have never did it before, so if you are thinking about other providers, please let me know.

Thanks for checking ! Yes I am still planning to do it, just did not happen to have the time I though I would have just yet to start it ...
I will try to start the script ASAP at least script and screenshots drafts so you can check if it goes toward the good direction.
