Aspnetcore.docs: No "What's new in 3.0" page

3.0 is in preview, but there's no page indicating what's new to help me decide if I want to upgrade. I think the feature set is now locked for 3.0 and the changes are now focussed on quality, correct? If so, this means we can begin adding documentation for the 3.0 features.

• Update any call to UseRouting in your Startup.Configure method to move the route mapping logic into a call to UseEndpoints at the point where you want the endpoints to be executed. • In 3.0.0-preview3 we are introducing a new template called ‘Worker Service’. This template is designed as a starting point for running long-running background processes like you might run as a Windows Service or Linux Daemon. Examples of this would be producing/consuming messages from a message queue or monitoring a file to process when it appears.
