Aspnetcore.docs: Update Blazor hosting model terms

@danroth27 We've been nibbling at this on the last few PRs, but it's _time_ 🕐 for these changes, correct?

Blazor client-side 👉 Blazor WebAssembly
Blazor server-side :point_right: Blazor Server

If all goes well, there will be two new PRs covering three issues by ~EOD~ EOWeekend (9/8). As soon as we get these next couple of PRs done, it will be a good time to address this.

I recommend that we fix the URLs (file names) and UIDs while we're at it. If we don't, Microsoft is (maybe) forever stuck with incorrect URLs and UIDs:

I like the proposed new URLs, but given the number of folks using Blazor already I worry this will break a bunch of links. Will the old links redirect to the new ones?

Yes, they will redirect. We put them into the redirection file.

There was quite a discussion about doing this ..... _a very spirited discussion_. I think Scott was on my side (although it wouldn't be good for his career to admit it perhaps :smile:). Anyway ... we lost.

We're in preview, and we did do this once before for these topics earlier. Generally tho ... it's now or never. If we don't do it now, they'll seal it until the end of time and the URLs/UIDs will be wrong, just like they are for so many topics on the repo.
