@eq7755 what section - or are you talking about the entire doc? It's a very advanced doc and not easy to understand.

If this doc could be provided a little more detail steps as other chapters, maybe there will be more people can understand it clearly. I think a lot of people are eager to understand this interesting demo :)

@eq7755 … I concur this section is way over our heads if we're beginners. It's difficult to remember what we've just read. So, do not start working on the Starter app like we used to do with the ContosoUniversity yet. Read ahead on many different methods of authorization to the very least, Policy-based authorization. Try to get a grasp of the Authorization Handlers and Handler Registration. Until then load two copies of VS2017 side by side, one for the Starter, and one for the completed tutorial "final2x" and try to follow the steps as described. Good luck.
