Argo-cd: Out_of_sync selects wrong buttons

Describe the bug

When I nead to sync out_of_sync resources and I click to the button in argocd.
I take this

Long resource names in any browsers

Expected behavior
Argocd check right check-boxes

if "↑" can't been shown in screen then out_of_sync button doesn't choose it - just ignore

in 1.5.7 bug still exists

I found!
The checks shifted on a jobs count
if my application has presync jobs and they hadn't been removed then syncpanel will has this bug.
They are not listed in this panel but they counted in out-of-sync button click script.
Fix it pls!
