Argo-cd: `--ignore-warnings` flag

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Looking to suppress or hide warnings generated when syncing applications (duplicate resources, tracked by another applications, etc). No operation appear to be impacted by the warnings, it's merely a cosmetic issue and I'm hoping to head off questions from users who see them.

Describe the solution you'd like
Pass a flag to container command to suppress warnings, and/or perhaps toggle on the UI to not show them even if they're generated.

:thinking: no, just regular syncing on the interval or by manually hitting it in the UI
