What namespace should we be using for projects in this repo? Microsoft is the universal namespace but we also only have one project. Is that the right choice? Remember at one point there were rules on this but don't remember what they are.

So far, we've started with Microsoft.DotNet.Build.*. I don't have an particular attachment to this though.
