Appcenter: Allow to pull code from AWS CodeCommit

Currently, Appcenter only supports repositories hosted on GitLab, Azure DevOps (formerly VSTS), Bitbucket and GitHub. As my codebase is hosted on AWS CodeCommit, I am not able to pull and build on Appcenter.
