Apm: [docs] Describe the workflow around browsing transactions

We should include more information in the documentation about how people can click buckets on the transaction group overview to see different samples for this transaction group.

The "transactions" page is currently quite sparse on the navigational options available: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/6.x/transactions.html
