Hi all
I found when I switch the language to the English on some page and element still used the Chinese

How to Reproduce

1. Go to Route List
2. See the error

Hi @stu01509, we just merged a PR https://github.com/apache/apisix-dashboard/pull/1538

This PR fixes most of the translation issues, @guoqqqi Please recheck if those issues exist.

Hi, @stu01509 This issue has been fixed and you can see it by updating the master branch code, (which requires deleting the local cache, node_modules and .umi).

After I recheck, Almost the translation error has been solved, but I still found in the System Status uptime field mixed some Chinese.
