Api: Improvements to the Fireteam feature

I'm not sure if this the right place to make this request but, if not, I hope you can redirect it to the right place.

Note: when using the term _fireteam_ here I mean the a recruitment Fireteam as it is used in the API / Companion App

Here is a bunch of features I'm missing from the current Fireteam feature:

  • A start time so you can plan activities in the future.

    • Reminders when it's close to starting the planned activity.

  • A "reserve" list so, even if your fireteam is full, you can have a list of possible backup players in case one of fireteam members drops out.

    • The option to "promote" players from the reserves to actual recruits when someone drops out and a backup has been chosen.

    • Have players be removed from the reserves of any other fireteams they were enlisted in as a reserve when they join an actual fireteam or are promoted

  • The possibility to manually add recruits to my fireteam so I when I already have friends I'm playing with I can add those, so new potential recruits can see who they are going to play with
  • More activity choices and filters
  • A way to declare and filter on what level of experience / knowledge is required
  • By default filter based on power level required / activity unlocked
  • Prevent players that are underleveled / haven't unlocked the activity, from enlisting.
  • A K/D ratio requirement & filter so we filter out fireteams of jackasses that will boot you if your K/D ratio isn't to their liking.

I hope this is something that can be looked into, because I think it's a shame I have to currently resort to third party sites / bots to get a proper LFG experience.

We do intend to iterate on fireteams more in the future. The first thing we have to do before making any changes, however, is to add reporting to fireteams. This will allow the full power of the moderator tools to be used on them, helping stem the tide of (for example) advertisements for recoveries. After that, we can start thinking about new features for fireteams.

Hmm, let me forward this on to the folks who worked on that feature - they may be interested in this list of ideas for future improvements! Thanks!
