Api: Shattered Throne Activity has incorrect power values

I was running the Shattered Throne this evening and I realized that the activity hash points to a definition [2032534090] with a bunch of incorrect values like the activityLightLevel being 10.

It turns out there is a second "Shattered Throne" definition [1893059148] in the database with the correct power level values, but it is missing stuff the other definition has. Interestingly, the activityLocationMappings property also points to what looks like a placeholder questline item [2868143379] that must have got abandoned at some point in development.

Is there, will there ever be a quest step in your inventory that could be checked to determine when the Shattered Throne is active?
