Api: Character Profile - Expose max power level

Instead of fetching the entire inventory and calculating max power level, it would be nice to have this data in the character profile response.

Note that people will still want to "fetch entire inventory and calculate"
for a variety of reasons, most notably to get the feature "Equip Max Light
Loadout", which is not currently offered by the API.

If I might add, another stat that'd be super useful would be "max base light" which is light not counting mods - I believe that affects the level of drops?

Has there been any progress on this one? I've seemed to find "highestLightLevel" in historical stats, but I've found it to be inconsistent or delayed in tracking and not updating.
