Both are in metadata: https://gitlab.com/fdroid/fdroiddata/blob/master/metadata/com.nextcloud.client.yml
So I guess it is just a matter of time.

It is also not yet released on gPlay. I asked google support what the problem is, but did not yet got an answer.

Both have actually.
