LDAP configuration (delete this part if not used)
With access to your command line run e.g.:
sudo -u www-data php occ ldap:show-config
from within your Nextcloud installation folder
Without access to your command line download the data/owncloud.db to your local
computer or access your SQL server remotely and run the select query:
SELECT * FROM `oc_appconfig` WHERE `appid` = 'user_ldap';
Eventually replace sensitive data as the name/IP-address of your LDAP server or groups.

After refreshing the list (pulling down the list) it should be displayed only once...anyway still a problem ;)
I noticed same thing like ChrisDeath above.
To me it's not only favourites. It's also photos where I get double files.
Maybe there should be refresh command while choosing favourites or photos...
@ChrisDeath @MeiRos We found the cause for that, see https://github.com/nextcloud/android/pull/1704#issuecomment-380098314 - while we now "just need to come up with the right fix" :wink:
Nice! Looking forward for your decission. :)
PR is #2490
fix will ship with the next dev build and with stable release 3.2.0 folks :)
Will test it as soon as it is on F-Droid.
Thanks alot already now :)
You are very welcome @ChrisDeath, it should be in today's dev build while we can't say for sure when f-droid will be publishing it. Hang in there mate :)
