Andotp: Custom image support

Expected result

What is expected?
Being able to set custom images from native image libraries (Gallery, icon packs, etc.)

What does happen instead?
Only able to use preloaded icons.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open andOTP
2. Open the menu on any existing OTP, and select _Change Image_
3. Observe lack of custom icon support

This has been requested before and I really want to implement it at some point.

That being said it probably wont be in andOTP, since I plan to stop adding new features after the next stable release. The reason for that is that I want to rewrite andOTP entirely from scratch. As you might know andOTP is based on another app and there are some design choices and old implementations I can't really get away from anymore without breaking a lot of stuff. I decided the easiest way would be to create a new app compeltely from scratch, which is what I will focus on after the next stable.

But I will leave this issue open for future reference.

I'm not quite sure but this comment doesn't help at all, right?
Or does that mean that you are providing a PR now because another proprietary app has that functionality? :thinking:
How is your comment helpful in any way?

It would be helpful if you would take the initiative and ask to implement it (i.e. like @vangyyy did on issue 370).

That is buggy af, crashes the app very often which leads to data loss (!) and randomly stopped working and does not find any icons which leads to less icons than before this update. Great feature, really great!

The rewrite has been put on hold for now. I just don't have enough time so I want to use the little time I have to maintain andOTP and not to create something new from scratch. So this feature is probably comming to andOTP at some point, but probably not very soon.
