I've seen quite a few instances over the past day. Maybe something was up with the auth token? Filing this issue in case it becomes a persistent problem.

It turns out this is more widespread than I initially thought. Here's an example from the test status app:

@estherkim reported this in https://github.com/ampproject/amp-github-apps/issues/198, related to recently changed IP address ranges from Travis. I've updated both the test-status and bundle-size apps about an hour ago with the new ranges - let me know if you see any new cases of this happening this week! Keeping open for a day or two until we're confident
