Raise delay cannot be changed, or documentation on how to do it is not obvious

Yeah. This is not a thing yet and probably should be.

Also can we have auto-raise separately from focus-follows mouse? Small windows floating in front of bigger ones this way are almost impossible to reach due to Autoraise.
