Altstore: failed to verify code signature

Describe the bug
failed to verify code signature of /private/var/installd/Library/Caches/com.apple.mobile.installd.staging/temp.dCpfEr/extracted/Altstore.app : 0xe8008018 (the identity used to sign the executable is no longer valid.)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. try to install altstore
2. You get it

• Version: Windows 10

• Device:Iphone 8
• iOS: 13.3.1

Try to adjust your system time, it helped me with resolving this issue

I have the same issue as everyone else on windows 10 even though the idevice date/time AND the windows date/time match

Did you install it with a different apple id
Because i got the error after unjailbreaking and and restoring my phone and trying to reinstall won't work try to repair it or something

Does your error say the same thing at the end? or does it say "(The code signature version is no longer supported.)"

For me, it was the same error even after adjusting Windows time.
