At the moment I have no release date 😞, but I look over it in the next days and start with the RTL support first (hardest part of v3.1).

I've started with the development, but at the moment I have no ETA for the release I hope for 1.9.2020 but I'm not sure. If I get some help with PR's it will be faster 😄

And it looks like I skip the RTL support caused by some problems with the RTL Bootstrap packages.
