i've just pushed this little change in my fork that lets me filter using current model scopes. Tests still missing though :-1:

Is there a way to do arbitrary date range filtering? See "Index filters" section: http://activeadmin.info/3-index-pages.html

The last comment on this issue has been quite a while, so I'm going to close it.

I think the right solution to this is probably using the search bar and we've got a few possible solutions to that.
