Quora's upvote (up arrow) buttons work like this: when not mouseovered, they appear blue or gray depending on whether you clicked them or not. If you had previously clicked them, your avatar image appears above them, but their positions remains the same regardless. Then, when you mouseover them, they appear surrounded by a bubble, and a small black frame saying "Upvote" appears so people know that's the upvote button.
When AdGuard is enabled the above behavior breaks. The small black frame saying "Upvote" still appears when the same area is mouseovered, but the up arrow button changes position, moving up from its original position and going below the black frame. Or, rather, the buttons remains in place, but the div containing the button and the black frame moves down, causing all elements below it to also move down. This makes the upvote button almost unclickable, except for a narrow still clickable two-pixels-or-so line below the black frame. And when the mouse moves out of the button the elements return to their original position.
I tested the English and Portuguese Quora sites, and both show the same behavior.

@alexgieg Hi. It is caused by Web Annoyances Ultralist.
@yourduskquibbles please take a look.
@Alex-302 Thanks for tagging me, this should be fixed now by making sure not to apply position: relative when class qu-zIndex--popover is present.
@yourduskquibbles On my end quora.com#@$#.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box { position: relative !important; } is required to fix upvote button

@Alex-302 I replaced quora.com##.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:style(position: relative !important;) with quora.com##.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:not(.qu-zIndex--popover):style(position: relative !important;) in https://github.com/yourduskquibbles/webannoyances/commit/c1560919974666515ec6891c46b5f075ee64dcd8 it is working for me...
Possible your list is still cached with old filter? You can test the fix by adding these two filters temporarily to your personal list,
! Disable old filter
quora.com#@#.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:style(position: relative !important;)
! New filter that won't apply position: relative when hovering over the upvote arrow
quora.com##.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:not(.qu-zIndex--popover):style(position: relative !important;)
With the following on my side
! Disable old filter
quora.com#@#.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:style(position: relative !important;)
! New filter that won't apply position: relative when hovering over the upvote arrow
quora.com##.q-text.qu-display--flex .q-box .q-box:not(.qu-zIndex--popover):style(position: relative !important;)
here is video of how working in firefox
It seems it works now.
