The fix seems to have broken welt.de. The consent popup is gone, but so are the scrolling bars (in order to appear they seem to require the consent popup to be accepted). When I disable AdGuard Annoyances, the site works.

This has been discussed several times lately.

Releasing the scrollbars is not not a sufficient fix for these German sites.
The GDPR popups has to be allowed, to prevent various issues, like unplayable videos!
