@Alex-302 Lol. The reported issue is that the button is slow to be displayed and the reason is it's set to "visibility: hidden" which will be overwritten on page load. No idea why the owner does this nonsense.

This was a jQuery plugin for overlay ads, not sure if it's still working in practice but I occasionally see this on some Japanese sites and it's not very likely to cause false positives.

On my end it's about 3 sec wait after scrolled down to the button. I guess internet speed may affect this time - Japan & Korea are said to have the highest speed. Frankly it's no serious matter, so no need to care about platforms not supporting CSS rules but not bad to address, maybe in Japanese filter.
Hm... It is 10 years old. And it can be used not for ads only.
I wonder if blocking can cause actual problems even if it' used for other purposes, anyway it's also no serious staff, just a tiny Javascript.

@Alex-302 As I talked the other day, it turned out

breaks yet another game. To avoid merge conflict I just ask you to remove this rule and I explained to OP that we're not going to do anything more about the acceleration, though still accept reports for serious issues.

[Update] According to OP it's anyway the final case under the domain so I adjusted the scriptlets to avoid breakage including potential future one.
