Ok, but the fact uBO decided to decline the issue, doesn't necessarily mean that AdGuard will do the same, an example: uBO removes duplicates as compared to EasyList (LINK) while AdGuard doesn't (LINK) hence I just asked to make sure, as asking doesn't hurt.

In some cases it does not simple to remove duplicates(for example platform relater rules)

Filters Compiler make sorting of filters and removes duplicates for each plathorm.
